    Students should know the basics of table like what is a table and what is it used for.

    1. Teachers should teach all basic and essential features of spreadsheets.
    2. Teachers should clarify the differences between spreadsheets and text documents.
    3. Teachers should explain the importance of formulas in spreadsheets.
    4. Teachers should also explain about the autofill feature (drag the autofill handle at the bottom right of a cell) and how this is useful in filling dates, days, or S.No).
    5. Teachers should explain that the numbers at the left most column indicate row numbers and the alphabets at the top most row indicate columns in spreadsheet.
    6. Teachers should ensure that students practice all these features.
    7. Teachers can allow students to complete the exercise as a group.
